During this 60 minute session we will be balancing your energies using Reiki, a gentle, intelligent Universal Energy. Reiki allows us to further remove any energetic chords or attachments to lower vibrational frequencies, heal past traumas 7 generations back and forward, and balance our Divine Masculine (DOing) with our Divine Feminine (BEing) energies. Reiki can be great for ushering in complete relaxation, reducing in stress and improving sleep. This session should be booked at a time where you can be distraction free and are able to lay down to fully receive the healing.
